Refunds + Exchanges

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. Please note that all orders on customized wigs are final sale. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 10 business days of the date of purchase. Our policy lasts 10 business days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning Their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping

Time in transit depends on the shipping method selected. Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. Curls for Crowns is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature. All shipments will be shipped through Canada Post. Average arrival time can range between 1-7 days based on the selected shipping method with a delivery confirmation.
