Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. Please note that all orders on customized wigs are final sale. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 10 business days of the date of purchase. Our policy lasts 10 business days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning Their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
